These Terms apply to use of the New Carrier Launch Desk website and services. New Carrier Launch Desk is operated by Luke McCalep.

Service Description

New Carrier Launch Desk provides independent paperwork and compliance support for new box truck and hotshot owner-operators. Services may include guidance, document preparation support, filing coordination, reminders, checklists, and third-party coordination based on information supplied by the customer.

Independent Service

New Carrier Launch Desk is not FMCSA, USDOT, a government agency, a law firm, an insurance agency, or a registered process agent. We do not provide legal advice, insurance services, or government services.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We prepare and coordinate support based on the information supplied by the customer. Government agencies and third-party providers make their own decisions and may request additional information.

Government Fees

Government filing fees and third-party fees are separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated in writing. Government fees may be non-refundable depending on the agency or third-party provider.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee approvals, processing times, activation dates, compliance status, or agency decisions. FMCSA and other agencies make final decisions.

Limitations

We may decline or refer out complex operations, including hazmat, passenger carriers, oversized loads, or cases requiring licensed legal, insurance, or specialized professional support.
