Are you FMCSA or USDOT?
No. New Carrier Launch Desk is independent carrier startup readiness support. We are not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency.
Do you issue DOT numbers or MC authority?
No. We do not issue government numbers, authority, approvals, or documents. We help clients understand and organize the startup process and identify next steps.
Do you guarantee approvals?
No. Agency decisions and third-party decisions are outside our control. We do not guarantee approvals, filings, activation, loads, contracts, funding, or income.
Do you get loads or contracts?
No. We are not a dispatch company and do not sell or guarantee work. We can discuss load-readiness and what documents companies may ask for.
Is the $75 call a government fee?
No. The $75 is our service fee for a paid readiness call. Government and third-party fees are separate.
What happens after the $75 call?
You can use the roadmap yourself, or choose Guided Setup Support or Full Coordination Support if you want additional help.

Refund Policy
Paid readiness calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Completed calls are not refundable. If we determine before the call that we cannot help with the requested situation, we may cancel and refund the service fee.
Privacy Policy
Information submitted by clients is used to review their startup readiness, communicate about services, and prepare checklists or roadmaps. We do not sell client personal information.
Service Limits
We provide education, preparation guidance, and coordination support. We do not provide legal, tax, insurance, financing, dispatching, or government-agency services.
