This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for New Carrier Launch Desk services.

Service Fees

Our service fees cover time spent on consultation, intake review, document preparation support, coordination, communication, reminders, and customer support. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

Before Work Begins

If a customer pays for a package and requests cancellation before any intake review, preparation, coordination, or support work begins, the customer may request a refund of the service fee.

After Work Begins

Once work begins, partial or full refunds are not guaranteed. We review refund requests case by case based on the work already performed.

Government and Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees and third-party fees are separate from our service fees and may be non-refundable. We do not control refund decisions made by government agencies or third-party providers.

No Approval Guarantee

Denied, delayed, or pending agency decisions do not automatically qualify for a refund because FMCSA and other agencies make final decisions.
